Terms of Service

By using Pikkup, you agree to these terms. Pikkup is a basketball statistics and social platform for tracking games, building a player rating, connecting with players, discovering courts, and participating in challenges.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and be at least 13 years old. You may not create misleading accounts, harass others, manipulate ratings, or use the service illegally.

User Content

You retain ownership of profile information, game data, and content you create. You grant Pikkup permission to display and use that content to operate the service.

Safety

Basketball involves physical risk. You are responsible for your own participation, safety, and judgment when joining runs or visiting courts.

Subscriptions

If Pikkup offers subscriptions, payment and cancellation are handled through your Apple ID account according to App Store terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, illegal conduct, or violations of these terms.
